Your Role: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment - Meet production goals while maintaining rigorous quality standards and documentation - Support all aspects of the manufacturing area, including equipment, materials, and inventory - Communicate operational updates and deviations effectively across teams and to leadership - Engage in inter-departmental projects and external quality audits - Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements - Develop and refine operating procedures and train team members - Conduct and analyze product evaluations to ensure specifications are met - Shift/Hours: 12-hour night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM - 2/2/3 schedule (M/T on, W/R off, F/S/S on, M/T off, W/R on, F/S/S off, repeat Physical Attributes: - Wear an air helmet, respirator mask, safety shoes, rubber apron, chemical protective suits and gloves, safety glasses and gog...
