What you’ll do: The SR Database and application Support Concierge will be r esponsible for providing a single point of contact for all IT issues (i.e., SQL databases, data pipelines, ASP.NET web applications, etc.) for an assigned business unit within the enterprise. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 + annual bonus. - Triage all IT related requests from your assigned business unit and ensure a timely resolution. (i.e., if you personally cannot resolve the request or issue in a timely manner than ask for the required enterprise-wide IT resources to provide a viable solution). - Ensure realistic expectations are provided to requestor and continued status updates are provided on all open projects or issues.
