Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated Incentive Program Specialist to oversee vendor compliance and incentive performance across OES’ strategic vendor portfolio. This role ensures that negotiated vendor agreements—specifically incentive, services, and compliance provisions—are contractually protected, operationally executed, accurately tracked, and fully realized financially. They will partner closely with Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal/Risk, and Family of Companies stakeholders to turn vendor agreements into measurable financial and operational outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating across contracts, data, and cross-functional teams to reduce leakage, enforce compliance, and improve vendor program effectiveness.
