Regular, Full-Time position at the hospital Pharmacy in Talihina | Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p | Pay: Salaried, paygrade 16 Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Pharmacist Resident provides pharmaceutical care as a licensed practitioner under the supervision of an experienced preceptor to gain exposure to a broad range of clinical scenarios and excel growth beyond entry-level experience. You will report to the Director. Primary Tasks: 1. Perform residency specific responsibilities including conducting research and complete medication reviews, assisting with performance improvement projects, and delivering presentations to staff. 2. Attend clinical rotations in several hospital and clinical settings. 3. Review prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed. 4. Review and monitor drug therapy that requires dosing adjustments as authorized by the physician. 5.
