The School of Professional Studies seeks a seasoned Director of Professional and Executive Education to plan, develop, and execute a portfolio of professional development programs for healthcare and life sciences professionals. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a portfolio, implementing a newly defined strategy launching new B2C programs and expanding B2B partnerships. This position involves a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution and is part of a high-performing, collaborative team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Evaluate, plan and implement a portfolio of education programs delivered to working professionals through a variety of in-person and online learning formats. - Expand the portfolio through a mixture of B2C and B2B offerings. - Manage existing corporate clients and support efforts to develop new relationships. - Determine content needs for various audiences ranging from soft skills, leadership development, interprofessional practice, business, or technical skills. - Interview, hire and work collaboratively with part-time faculty and speakers to develop industry-focused programs. - Build highly interactive offerings wit...
