With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution. Job Summary: Manages an assigned operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals. Contributes to business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients. Monitors and supports the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources.
