Minimum qualifications: - PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in developing systems hardware systems engineering, software integration, and testing. - 8 years of experience with integrating multiple custom technologies into a hardware system. - Experience translating technical objectives into component functional and performance requirements for systems. Preferred qualifications: - Experience building and operating quantum computing systems. - Ability to work across technical and business teams to deliver hardware systems to schedule and specification. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to travel as needed.
