Job Description Summary This role provides financial leadership for the North America Order to Remittance (OTR) process, partnering closely with commercial, operations, project execution, supply chain, billing, and collections teams to support accurate order management, timely revenue recognition, effective cash conversion, and strong financial performance. The position is responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, analysis, and month-end/quarter-end close activities, with accountability for order intake, backlog, billing, cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet performance. It also plays a key role in improving financial controls across the OTR process, supporting working capital optimization, and driving execution discipline across the region. In addition, the role includes developing finance talent, ensuring reporting accuracy, supporting statutory and audit requirements, and contributing to planning and analysis activities that help guide business decisions.
