WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Respond cordially, quickly, and efficiently to the various calls and e-mails received for all reservation, modification, cancellation or information requests. - Help our guests choose the best room/package and optimize occupancy. - Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant information that enables us to offer a personalized experience to our guests. - Develop a detailed knowledge of the hotels we serve, including the specific features of each, as well as the distinctions between our brands. - Handle all administrative tasks related to reservations.
