Schumacher & Co., America’s leading name for manufacturing and distributing fabric, wall covering, floorcovering and furnishings is seeking an enthusiastic member for the Logistics & Receiving dept. This person will be an integral team responsible for receiving at our distribution center Job Summary: The Receiving Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and organization of incoming materials. This role ensures materials are properly identified, documented, and transferred from truck to storage while maintaining quality standards, safety, and effective coordination with internal teams. Potential Sign-On Bonus: Potential for Overtime: Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and break down incoming materials Verify received products against purchase orders Identify and sort materials by SKU number and/or pattern Track materials from truck to bin using existing systems Accurately label, tag, and prepare materials for put-away within 48 hours or FIFO guidelines Coordinate with Logistics on truck arrival times and locations Document receipts clearly and accurately, including taking required photos in the ACS system Inspect materials fo...
