Location: Remote: Schedule: Full-Time Pay Rate: $110,000 – $120,000 per year Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: Cobalt is building a national leader in essential building services—from commercial doors to advanced security systems. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our People team and play a critical role in building our go-to-market and leadership talent pipeline. This is a high-impact, full-desk recruiting role where you’ll go beyond transactional hiring. You’ll partner directly with executives, shape hiring strategies, and help define how we attract and secure top-tier talent across our organization and partner companies.
