The Senior Supplier Management Specialist is responsible for managing external suppliers and ensuring they consistently deliver against agreed commercial and operational commitments. The role focuses on monitoring supplier performance, comparing contracted service levels with actual delivery, and ensuring issues are identified, addressed, and improved over time. A key part of the role is turning performance insights into action through structured governance, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the supplier base. The role works closely with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain throughout the full supplier lifecycle, including RFPs, SOWs, and contract negotiations.
