Hogan Lovells is seeking a detail-oriented professional with legal billing experience to join our team as a Client Account Specialist (CAS) . In this role, you’ll manage the full billing and collections cycle for a portfolio of client matters, working closely with lawyers and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. This is a full-time position with core hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch. Flexibility for additional hours and occasional travel may be required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage billing and collections from engagement through payment - Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and fee arrangements - Prepare and submit accurate invoices and eBills - Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams - Monitor billing trends and prepare forecasts and reports - Troubleshoot eBilling issues and follow up on collections - Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration QUALIFICATIONS: - Three (3)+ years of experience in legal billing, eBilling, and/or account management - Law firm or professional services experience preferred - Bachelor’s degree in accounting,...
