As a Benefits Consultant within PNC's HR Operations organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Denver, CO. Key Responsibilities include: · Administers Non-Qualified plans: including day to day administration and activities such as processing payments in Payroll and Accounts Payable, biweekly deferrals, and reconciling trusts. · Works directly with our recordkeeper on all Non-Qualified plan matters. · Runs the annual Non-Qualified enrollment. · Runs monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to internal partners. · Partners with our payroll teams to ensure proper taxation and tax reporting. · Provides ad-hoc reports for different departments and managers on an as-needed basis. · Answers participants Non-Qualified questions, investigating and resolving any issues regarding deferrals or payments. · Administers BOL...
