Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Provider Recruitment team in the role of Recruitment Coordinator. The Recruitment Coordinator facilitates the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting open positions to job boards, sourcing of candidates, conducting candidate preassessments, coordinating candidate travel, scheduling interviews across departments, handling last-minute scheduling changes, conducting background checks, and working closely with recruiters, candidates, department leaders, and team members to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and provides a high touch to candidates.
