Job description

*5-7 years of relevant experience required. - Working with senior members of Starwood Capital Group, including Senior Vice Presidents, and the CEO of Starwood Digital Ventures, on new investment opportunities/acquisitions; - Act as project lead / executive for select investments, overseeing all aspects of development including design, power procurement, zoning, municipal approval, physical construction, and more; - Conduct research and due diligence of prospective opportunities including respective financial and organizational structures, review of legal documentation, analyze past and future performance, etc. - Evaluation of unit or portfolio acquisition opportunities; - Carry assigned duties to manage the many facets of bringing a deal to funding, including presentation to final investment committee; - Possess strong communication skills in which to create concise written presentations; - Assist with asset management including business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution; - Managing the preparation of property business plans, operating budgets, capital strategy (e.g., sales/dispositions, follow-on acquisitions, refinancings, etc.), and leasing strategy; - Co...
