Role Purpose: this role is responsible for coordinating and handling customer baggage check-in and misplaced/lost baggage claims, provide reports to carriers, and assist customers with travel information. Menzies Aviation is seeking a full-time diligent Baggage Service Agent to join our International and Domestic Team. The Baggage Service Agent plays an important role in ensuring that flights run on time by maintaining detailed records of shipped goods, moving baggage and cargo from aircraft, and guiding aircraft to and from their gates.
