Job description

The Senior Data Scientist leverages advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning to extract actionable insights from data and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities for innovation and automation. The Senior Data Scientist will design, build, and deploy machine learning and forecasting models while helping scale Crumbl’s data science capabilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence business outcomes.
