The Human Resources Department is a key role in keeping the Institute moving forward with day-to-day operations. Leave Accounting Classified employees. - Maintain and process all Classified leave records, including VSDP and disability leave. - Maintain and process all Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for AP Faculty, Teaching Faculty, and - Audit and reconcile leave records - Post leave balance information monthly for Classified employees Worker’s Compensation: - Managed Care Innovations (MCI) representative - Process all workers’ compensation injuries for VMI - Provide appropriate forms to the injured employee, MCI and VMI’s safety officer - Enter accident information on OSHA Form 300 - Assist employees with filing their paperwork with MCI for mileage reimbursem...
