Job description
Essential Functions: - Maintain electronic personnel files while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards. - Assist in processing new-hire onboarding tasks, including HRIS entry - Support background checks, drug screens, orientation scheduling, and pre-employment communication. - Coordinate information flow across sites to ensure alignment and timely completion of HR requirements - Support payroll preparation through data accuracy checks and coordination with site teams and Shared Services - Assist with compliance activities such as tracking training, file audits, and safety documentation - Support recruitment activities across the manufacturing sites - Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed Additional Responsibilities: - Assist as needed to cover front office/reception activities - Assist as needed on HR project work - Any other duties as assigned Education/Experience Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred - Administrative experience required; HR support experience preferred - Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills - Ability to handle confidential information - Comforta...
