This role is responsible for delivering safe, structured, and engaging outdoor experiences for guests at Kripalu. The Outdoor Guide supports a culture of inclusivity, respect, and continuous learning, while maintaining a high standard of guest service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills and is able to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Candidates should be comfortable facilitating outdoor activities and responding appropriately in dynamic or high-pressure situations, including emergencies. Additional Requirement: Due to the essential functions of this role, including water-based activities, candidates must be able to swim proficiently and respond effectively in the event of a capsized watercraft.
