Job Summary: The Proofreader/QA Specialist role is responsible for ensuring all marketing and brand materials, across print and digital, are accurate, polished, and error-free before release. You will serve as the final checkpoint in the creative process, helping maintain the integrity and consistency of multiple brands. And that all assets are polished, consistent, and error-free. Essential Functions: 1. Proofread and edit marketing materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity 2. Verify accuracy of key information including dates, pricing, URLs, and contact details 3. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and formatting 4. Collaborate with designers and managing members to resolve discrepancies 5. Maintain and enforce editorial style guides and QA checklists 6. Identify process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency 7. Assist in the development and maintenance of all corporate branding needs guides. 8.
