Job Summary: The Head Coach recruits and selects student-athletes while prioritizing their academic success, teaching cross country and track fundamentals, and fostering citizenship and sportsmanship, while following rules and guidelines in accordance with NJCAA and MCCAA. The position develops budgets, schedules, and travel plans; manages an LCC company card; authorizes assistant coach expenditures per college hiring practices; and ensures assistants adhere to policies.
