Job Description: People Business Partner – Fixed Term Bupa Place, Manchester M50 3SP - hybrid Fixed Term 6 months: Full time 37.5 hours per week Salary £45900 - £57300 pro rata depending on experience . We make health happen: The role: You’ll lead on change programmes linked to the people strategy, spanning across Insurance & Functions. You’ll provide HR advice to stakeholders and work in partnership with the People function to ensure effective delivery of strategic and operational people services to the business line. You’ll lead the implementation of small change initiatives.
