Technical Multimedia Specialist Pella, IA (hybrid): The Technical Multimedia Specialist supports the Product Marketing team by capturing, producing, and designing high quality visual content that enhances the organization’s technical communication. This role is responsible for creating compelling multimedia and graphic assets, including installation videos, service and troubleshooting guides, technical illustrations and layouts, quick tips and instructional photography—that simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories. The role combines expertise in video, photography and graphic design to deliver cohesive, brand aligned technical content. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. Video + Photography: Plan, shoot, and edit video content that supports product installation, service, and troubleshooting. Capture high-quality photography for use in technical documentation and instructional materials. Oversee the full video production process: storyboarding, scripting, scheduling, filming and post-production.
