Job Description: The Role Equity Trading Technology is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join the EQ Desktop User Experience team. The team is responsible for delivering industry‑leading and innovative solutions that support pre-trade and post‑trade analytics, liquidity workflows, and user notifications, while continuously adapting to evolving user needs through incremental delivery. The tools are used across three global trading desks supporting approximately 100 users in Trading and Compliance. As a member of our team, you will analyze both current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies, and work closely with the UX designer to provide input and design wireframes. Your role will involve translating business functions into clear technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with various teams across business and technology teams.
