As the Early Growth Team Leader you will lead a team of Early Growth Specialists responsible for three commercial motions: activating merchants on their SumUp card reader, upselling additional SumUp products (Business Account, POS Plus, and others), and, depending on merchant size, either converting or qualifying leads for handover to Account Management. The Early Growth Team operates at the earliest stage of the merchant lifecycle, where merchant value has not yet been confirmed and must be predicted through modelling.
