Auburn Crest Hospice is looking for an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Team. Duties include telephone triage for calls coming in from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am; Visits to patient’s homes, as needed; Charting and Communicating all call notes to case managers; Ability to work independently, but also as part of our interdisciplinary team.
