What You'll Be Doing: - Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs to support continuous plant operations - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify maintenance needs - Safely operate welding tools, cutting torches, and mechanical repair equipment during night-shift hours - Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime - Collaborate with team members and follow all safety and operational procedures What Are We Looking For: - Ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding with accuracy and in compliance with safety standards - Capability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on night shift - Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings, weld symbols, and equipment manuals - Commitment to safety and consistent, reliable performance in an industrial environment...
