Overview The Fulfillment Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the Fulfillment Center, overseeing key processes such as order fulfillment, inventory management, and team supervision. This role ensures that daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining quality, reducing shrinkage, and enhancing team performance. The Fulfillment Assistant Manager works closely with the Fulfillment Manager and other team leaders to ensure seamless operations and that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities: · Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values · Assist in managing the daily operations of the Fulfillment Center, including opening and closing the facility. · Maintain a solid understanding of the Order Management System (OMS) software and ensure associates are following procedures. · Supervise associates on the warehouse floor, ensuring proper order fulfillment practices. · Oversee daily Pick Generation of incoming orders and assign orders to Pickers as needed. · Monitor and track pick rates for associates and ensure that performance standards are met. · Manage order v...
