Preferred Qualifications: - Reside in Atlanta, GA or surrounding areas with reliable transportation - Experience with legal principles and risk management - E xperience drafting and negotiating contracts like MSA's, SOW's, NDA's etc - Experience with documentation, reporting, change management - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CLM - Business Administration/Legal background - Attention to detail, analytical, communication skills - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Job Summary: Responsible for providing full cycle contract administration support for assigned contracts, ensuring execution of contract in accordance with policies, legal requirements and other governmental provisions.
