Voids and Lettings Assistant Permanent: Grade B - £28,598 - £34,434 per annum Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: Office based in Birmingham B11: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Voids and Lettings Team at Birmingham City Council. We are looking for people who are flexible, adaptable and have a can-do attitude working well under pressure who want to make a difference for our citizens. We are looking for a Voids and Lettings Assistant who will - Carry out day to day visits including take to views with Customers, carrying out moving out visits dealing with electric and gas meter issues with preferred energy providers. - The preparation of letting creating Tenancy Support service plans and uploading proofs. - Updating computer-based systems daily in a timely manner. - Dealing with emails and customer queries taking ownership of work end to end and achieving positive outcomes. - To provide day to day support within the Void Service to enhance and achieve performance and turnaround times. - Partnership and collaborative working in terms of reaching the end goal for our tenants is a key part of this role...
