*PLEASE NOTE: this role requires the employee to be located in Charlotte, NC and come into our Southend office three days a week.* The Role: We’re looking for an Agile Project Manager who does more than keep teams on track — someone who brings clarity to complexity and helps teams make better decisions. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and stakeholders to drive delivery while anticipating risks, surfacing insights, and translating business priorities into clear, actionable plans. This role operates at both the team and system level — connecting day-to-day execution to broader outcomes. You’ll lead multiple teams through planning and delivery, while shaping how we scale, align, and continuously improve. Responsibilities: - Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices, ensuring meetings drive decisions, not just updates - Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business goals into clear, executable plans across teams - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps — and address or escalate them early and clearly - Remove impediments by driving ownership and alignment, not just surfacing blockers - Build and communicate insights (metrics, trends, risks)...
