Description Provide direct spiritual nurturing and guidance to the Elm Terrace Gardens community and its several constituencies. Position is part time 20 hours weekly. You will have the opportunity to impact the lives of our dear residents by serving our seniors in our continuing care retirement community. Studying the Word of God, preaching/teaching is an important part of ministering to our residents and helping them grow spiritually. Ministering to our residents in everyday life trials, sickness, grief etc. is rewarding. You can pray and be an encourager in their deepest time of need. Applicant must have completed an accredited seminary program and have at least two years experience, preferably in a health-care facility. 20 hours weekly Essential Job Functions: 1 Conduct the Protestant religious services of the community including Sunday morning service and a midweek service which is currently on Thursday nights (night is negotiable) 2 Coordinate Roman Catholic and Hebrew religious services conducted at Elm Terrace Gardens. 3 Supervise any Chaplain Interns when applicable 4 Provide counseling to residents, staff, and other Elm Terrace Gardens constituencies. 5 Visit Elm Terrace...
