Benefits: Job Summary: Gold’s Aquatic Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual in competitive swimming to join our team to assist with our younger age groups. As an age group coach, you will be responsible for helping develop swimmers’ skills in all four strokes. Skills for the swimmers will range beginning proficiency in all four strokes to preparing for championship meets. You will provide guidance, instruction, and support to athletes while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. As a head instructor, you will assist with training and overseeing instructors. If needed, will assist with lessons if staffing or help is warranted.
