Production Planner

Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate production workflows for one or multiple products - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays - Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to fulfill production demand - Assign workers and other staff to specific production operations - Schedule shifts according to production requirements - Monitor jobs to ensure on-time completion and adherence to budget constraints - Address issues as they arise, aiming for minimal disruption - Gather output data (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.) - Prepare and submit status and performance reports - Maintain organized documentation - Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff members FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - To carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality Assurance procedures and departmental works instructions. - To contribute to general improvements in the quality of key activities within the department. - Comply with all Keystone Tower Systems Company and HSE procedures and policies.
