Description Job Purpose: The IBP Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the IBP Lead in operationalizing and driving the Integrated Business Planning process across regional and global levels. This role ensures alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans, facilitates strategic decision-making, and drives overall business performance through driving executional excellence, governance, capability building, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - IBP Process Leadership: Ensure synchronization across demand planning, supply planning, finance, and marketing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KPI and overall business performance including IBP maturity and compliance. - Demand & Supply Planning: Oversee rolling demand plans and ensure alignment with business objectives. This includes consolidation of different demand planning forecast across all demand and inventory types. Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve. - Meeting Facilitation & Governance: Consolidate demand and financial plans for the region to prepare the regional and global IBP meeting.
