This role will work with the Food Store Manager to determine current and future capabilities required for effective execution of merchandising, marketing, image/fixed assets , talent development in addition to driving sales. Responsible for recruitment, performance management, team member relations, health and safety, marketing, merchandising, fixed asset management, and administrative duties.
