The broad job responsibilities include the hands-on work in the design of high speed integrated photonic components, implementing the designs through the fab and testing the resulting circuits to verify performance. Experience in several of the key areas listed below is required. NION2026: Ph.D in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related discipline with emphasis in optical communications and optical components, or M.S./M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering or Photonics, with 0-5 years of relevant experience.
