Position Summary: This position can be located at any office location within the US; working east coast hours is expected. We’re seeking a Retail Business Communications Manager to help shape and elevate how CVS communicates with colleagues across stores and field leadership. In this role, you will lead communication planning, strengthen engagement across business units, and support day to day messaging across our enterprise-wide communications platforms, and support key retail conferences. You will work cross-functionally closely with partners across the enterprise including field leadership to deliver clear, effective messaging that drives alignment and supports operational excellence.
