About the Job We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Corporate Counsel to serve as a strategic partner to our growing legal team. This individual will have an immediate opportunity to support the legal operations, contracting, and regulatory functions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of law firm and in-house experience, specifically within high-growth companies, and will possess the agility to advise on a broad scope of legal and business topics. In this role, you will own assigned litigation matters; negotiate commercial agreements, ensure ongoing privacy compliance, preparing responses to regulators and law enforcement, and managing employment matters. Extensive experience within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors is a major plus. Responsibilities: - Commercial Contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements, including client services agreements, vendor contracts, and strategic partnership agreements. - Privacy & Data Protection: Serve as the legal lead for privacy law compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), ensuring data protection standards are integrated into our infrastructure and internal processes. - Government & Reg...
