Reporting Line: Business Development Sales Manager The Inside Sales Agent role is the launchpad of Allianz Trade’s next generation of sales leaders. This position is designed for candidates who want to build a long-term career in credit insurance sales, thrive in a high-performance culture, and are prepared to take full ownership of their development. The Inside Sales Agent is not an entry-level task role but a first step in the Year-1 Agent journey, intentionally structured to develop disciplined, knowledgeable, and revenue-producing agents who can confidently operate in the field within 6–12 months. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Conduct daily outbound cold outreach to prospective businesses to generate new appointments. - Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified discovery meetings. - Research company details, industry trends, and financial indicators to prepare for calls. - Clearly communicate the Allianz Trade value proposition to engage and qualify prospects with high-level business owners and decision makers. - Maintain a consistent pipeline of appointments within assigned, licensed region. - Document all outreach, interactions, and outcomes in Salesforce with acc...
