What are we looking for The Learning & Talent Development and Employee Experience Senior Partner will coordinate / participate in the Design and Implementation of COSENTINO Leadership, learning and Talent Management and Employee Experience programs, mentoring and Coaching, and all Talent and Succession planning processes across the global organization. Reporting to the Global Talent Development, Employee Experience Manager, s/he will coordinate the Global Talent Management Cycle making sure it is properly followed by all business units This position will also participate in cascading down the strategy at COSENTINO around how we champion our culture and DNA, measure employee engagement, and curate a best-in-class employee experience so our employees can do their best work.
