About the Role: As a Patient Concierge , you are the first and most lasting impression of NIVA Health. You set the tone for the entire patient experience. You’ll serve as the quarterback of the office , guiding patients through their visit, anticipating needs, and ensuring each step of their journey feels seamless, professional, and welcoming. From greeting patients and managing appointments to supporting patient flow and coordinating behind the scenes, you play a critical role in delivering a world-class experience.
