Overview Maintain an extensive floor presence while acting as the point of contact providing high level hospitality and customer services to our client, client guests and vendors, greeting customers and visitors with a high degree or professionalism and courtesy. To also provide an integrated VIP experience—providing a unique mix of guest services, office services and an elevated workplace experience—focused on driving results. Responsibilities: Service Excellence : Office space is dynamic, and each floor occupant has unique needs. Ensure everyone has what they need. ● Own the floor—everything should be working well – if not, report to appropriate operations teams (facilities, maintenance, security, IT, etc.), and follow up to see that it is addressed. ● Ensure legal and business professionals have appropriate space, connectivity, and supplies to do their work. ● Ensure all systems are working effectively (printer network, cooling and heating, lights etc.) ● Manage all service requests (imaging, car service, mailing, printing, etc.) with closed loop approach. ● Ensure all visitors are greeted and provided with office services information and key general office information (where to...
