We are looking for an IT Working Student based in our Berlin office who offers hands-on and remote support to all employees. You will handle incoming tech support issues, analyze the tasks at hand, and resolve them in collaboration with your team. To you, a perfect solution is not complete until all questions are answered, and every party involved is happy with the end result.
