This position assist other employees in the back of the house and front of the house as needed; following all sanitary and health related protocols by preparing and serving great food, and cashiering on a daily basis. This is a full-time, hourly, five-day, August through May position entitled to University insurance, retirement and time off benefits. The standard schedule will include shifts as follows: Monday through Friday: 6:30am-2:30pm. The University is located in St. Louis in the middle of the Washington University medical campus near public transportation. Duties and Responsibilities: Aid cooks in preparing meals and plating food as requested by the chef or other supervising employee. Prepare simple meals such as salads or desserts. Help cooks with food preparation duties for the day by cutting, peeling, or slicing as needed. Greet and serve customer orders in a timely manner. Demonstrate excellent cu...
