Lead Financial Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision making across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data and delivering insights that drive business performance. The FP&A analyst partners closely with cross functional teams to develop O&M budgets, analyze budget vs actual results, and identify risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, demonstrates executive presence, excels at building effective relationships and translating complex data into actionable recommendations. Location: Columbus, OH office (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office) Job Summary: The Financial Analyst provides value-added financial services to both internal and external customers.
