Senior Cost Estimator (Full-Time)

Job description

Overview MBP is looking for a Senior Estimator in Raleigh, NC, or the Mid-Atlantic region, with significant experience providing cost estimating on vertical and/or horizontal construction projects during preconstruction. Candidate will have the capability to lead a team of estimators in the preparation and submission of large, complex estimating deliverables. Additional experience in one or more of the following is desired: general contracting, construction management, CPM scheduling, value engineering, risk management, constructability review, claims analysis, and/or contract administration. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
