Leadership Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain TA team flow throughout the workday to ensure efficiency and patient care standards are met - Coordinate and assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the TA team - Create and manage break schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times - Act as a point of support and guidance for TA team members during shifts - Support onboarding and training of new TA team members - Communicate effectively with leadership regarding workflow, staffing needs, and any concerns - Lead by example in maintaining a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
